Hang Ong Artworks

All about me.

I have always been fascinated with art. It all started when I was three, happily scribbling away on my apple green coloured walls. I still remember my parents yelling at me with frustration, which made me want to do it even more. So...I practiced..and practiced which led me onto my quest to become: an artist.

My art revolves around the themes of nature, fantasy, surrealism and abstraction. I aim to provide something pleasant in people’s lives…a treat for their sight. I also want to give viewers a joyful feeling as their eyes fall upon their surroundings. I believe art enhances everyday environments, whether it is at home or the workplace as the artwork creates mood and theme. Life should always be viewed optimistically and I want my art to offer a little push in that direction.
